Zeke Sandhu is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of ELITE Athlete Management with 25 years of experience as an agent. He is a Certified Contract Advisor with the NFL Players Association, CFL Players Association, and NBA Players Association. Zeke also earned his financial planning credentials by obtaining the Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health Insurance Licenses. He is well versed and knowledgeable on Salary Caps and Collective Bargaining Agreements. He negotiated the most lucrative shoe deal for a player in NFL history. He has represented numerous first round picks, with the most recent being Odell Beckham, Jr. Zeke was a former collegiate wide receiver where he studied business management and marketing while attending school. Being a college athlete engrained in him the importance of being steadfast in his faith, possessing integrity, working hard and being team-oriented, which has transferred over to his career as an agent. He resides in Chandler, Arizona.
SCOTT THIEL
Senior Vice President / Contract Advisor
Scott Thiel brings 14 years of experience as a Certified Contract Advisor to the ELITE team. Scott studied Psychology in his undergraduate education at Arizona State University, and later completed his Master’s in Business Administration. He began his involvement working with athletes while attending ASU and working at Athletes Performance (now known as EXOS) designed to assist professional and ELITE athletes in maximizing their physical performance. It was during this time Scott found his calling and decided he could assist players through representation. He has been working alongside Zeke for the past 11 years and has spent the last 7 years working diligently to build the ELITE brand as well as support Elite’s clientele. Scott is dedicated to ensuring all clients succeed both on and off the field. He resides in Phoenix, Arizona.

Legal Counsel
Derek Mills is a NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and Legal Counsel at ELITE. He earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech University, and both an MBA and law degree from Tulane University. Derek brings a wealth of skills and experience that is unique to our business. As a professional track and field athlete, he achieved the highest level of success in winning a gold medal in the 1996 Olympic games in Atlanta, GA in addition to becoming one of the premier sprinters in the world, ranked #2 and #3 in the world in the 400 meters in 1994 and 1995. As a member of ELITE Athlete Management, Derek uses his broad skill set in business, athletics and legal affairs to help our athletes attain the highest levels of success. He resides in New Orleans, LA.
MARK BLOCK
Contract Advisor / Director of Marketing & Business Development
Mark Block is a NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and Director of Marketing & Business Development at ELITE. Mark Block graduated from the University of Miami (FL) with a degree in Broadcasting and Sociology. Thereafter, he graduated second in his class at Temple University School of Law. Mark went on to have a successful career as an attorney, focusing on corporate litigation at the nationally renowned law firm of Drinker, Biddle & Reath. Making a career change, Mark moved to Nashville in 2005 and opened The Block Agency, a modeling agency, in March 2006. It didn’t take long for The Block Agency to rise to the top of the southeastern market and beyond. Having worked in sports marketing and with athlete foundations, Mark became a Certified NFLPA Contract Advisor in 2012 and continues to bridge the gap between sports and entertainment fields for ELITE clients. He resides between Nashville, TN and Denver, CO.

Eloy Vazquez Jr. is a NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and Legal Counsel for ELITE Athlete Management. Eloy received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated with honors. Starting from his days at Miami, Eloy has years of invaluable experience in the sports agent industry. He also has experience in entertainment law, providing him with the tools to negotiate contract terms most favorable to clients on and off the field. He has strong ties to the premier senior all-star events (East-West Shrine Game and NFLPA Collegiate Bowl) which has successfully led to multiple career changing all-star invitations. Eloy’s hands-on approach, legal expertise and dedication to his players will lead to optimal success for future clients. Eloy is based in Miami Beach, Florida.
RAY HAIJA
Contract Advisor
Ray Haija brings ten years of experience as a contract advisor. He is certified with the NFL Players Association and the CFL Players Association. Ray is fluent in areas regarding player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, and draft preparation. He holds a PhD from Virginia Tech, an MA from Harvard University, and an MBA from University of Roehampton in London. In addition, Ray possesses business acumen as he previously served as an Executive Vice President and helped grow a Fortune 100, Best Start-Up. He resides in Seattle, Washington.
MOLLIE EDICK
Contract Advisor / Director of Business Operations and Client Relations
Mollie Edick is a Contract Advisor / Director of Business Operations and Client Relations. In this role, she supports ELITE by providing services to our clients, their families and the ELITE team. Mollie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Studies at East Carolina University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. During her time at ECU, she was heavily involved within the Athletic Department while also a member of the cheerleading team. Mollie continued her education at East Tennessee State University where she obtained her Master’s degree in Sport Management. At ELITE, she plays an integral role in the day-to-day operation of the company, exemplifying the utmost commitment to fulfilling each client’s individual needs. Mollie is very passionate about her career as well as eager to continue to learn and grow within the industry. She resides in Chandler, Arizona.

NBA Agent/ Marketing Executive
Gino Littles is a NBA Agent and Marketing / Player Development Executive for ELITE Athlete Management. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio for three years, where he starred as a student-athlete on the men’s basketball team, before transferring to Northern Arizona University, where he finished his collegiate basketball career. At Northern Arizona, Gino obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Finance. Through his experience in competitive athletics, Gino has enhanced his natural instincts and sharpened his skills in player development on and off the field. He has developed strong relationships with companies across the country, leading to lucrative marketing deals for ELITE clients. Gino’s strategic planning, broad network and academic background in finance gives him the tools to ensure long-term marketing success for ELITE Athlete Management clients. He is based out of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Raymond Jackson is a Certified CFL Contract Advisor for ELITE. After starring at one of Ohio’s powerhouses programs, Cardinal Mooney High School, Raymond attended and played at Tiffin University. After graduating from Tiffin, he went on to play professional football. Raymond advanced his education by obtaining two Masters degrees in Business Administration and Management Public Administration. Raymond held a position in the AFL for the Arizona Rattlers working in Player Personnel, Scouting and Coaching. He resides in Phoenix, Arizona.

Sukh Sandhu is a NFLPA and CFLPA Certified Contract Advisor at Elite Athlete Management. He has over 15 years of experience in contract negotiations, sales and marketing and brand development from his previous roles with Fortune 500 companies. Sukh is based in Chandler, Arizona.
DAVID FLUELLEN
Marketing & Player Development
David earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo where he played Running Back for the Rockets. During his time at Toledo, David was a two-time, first-team All-MAC selection at running back and one of 10 national semifinalists for the Doak Walker Award as the country's best running back. He led the MAC with an average of 6.7 yards per carry and was 10th in the nation with an average of 124.6 rushing yards per contest, earning himself a spot in Toledo's Hall of Fame.
After graduation, David played in the NFL for six years beginning with the Philadelphia Eagles and Indianapolis Colts then finishing his playing career with the Tennessee Titans. After retiring, David obtained his Master's Degree in Sport Administration from Arkansas State with intention to continue to be involved with the NFL through the agency side of the business. David brings an abundance of knowledge, both on and off the field, that contributes to the ELITE team. He resides in Chandler, Arizona.
JEET BHATT
Contract Advisor / NBA Agent / Legal Counsel
Jeet Bhatt is a Certified Contract Advisor with the NFL Players Association and the NBA Players Association and serves as In-House Legal Counsel at ELITE Athlete Management. Jeet earned his JD at Chicago-Kent College of Law IIT and his bachelor’s degree at Indiana University. Jeet has served as In-House Counsel at JP Morgan Chase and as a Compliance Officer at Northern Trust Asset Management where he regularly engaged in intricate contract negotiations. Jeet is well versed on NFL/NBA Salary Cap and Collective Bargaining Agreements. Jeet resides in Chicago, Illinois, and strives to live his life by Ralph Waldo Emerson’s words, “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.”
